Welcome to my virtual therapy space!

I am honored to be a part of your journey towards healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and collaboration, creating a safe space where we can explore your experiences and emotions freely. We will laugh together, cry together, and celebrate your wins together.

I truly believe that our mental, emotional, and relational well-being are interconnected. We will explore not only your current challenges but also the underlying patterns and beliefs that may be contributing to your struggles. By gaining insight, we can work towards transformative change and uncover new possibilities of growth and fulfillment.

Although my sessions are conducted virtually, I prioritize a warm, welcoming, safe environment for all of my clients.

A bit about my background…

I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University (forks up!). Over the last few years, I have worked in both private practice and non-profit settings. I have experience working with kiddos, families, individuals, and couples; each one unique. I specialize in the processing of a medical diagnosis, anxiety/depression, emotional regulation, boundary work, self-esteem, stress management, mindfulness, and life transitions. I have received trainings in the Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Prepare/Enrich.

When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy spending time with my growing family. I have two dogs, Archer & Riley, who will most likely make appearances in our virtual sessions together!
